Joanna Jędrzejewska ATTORNEY-AT-LAW (RADCA PRAWNY)
a graduate of the Law and Administration Faculty of the University of Gdańsk. She completed her judicial training at the Regional Court in Gdańsk and was entered into the list of attorneys-at-law of the Regional Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law under the number 1686; she also completed post-graduate studies: “Copyright Law and the New Technology Law” at the Civil Law Faculty of the University of Gdańsk.
She gained her professional expertise in her own law firm, as well as providing service to businesses.
Her professional interests focus on the civil law and civil procedure, including pursuing claims from CHF-indexed contracts (so-called Swiss franc cases). She also has solid experience in IT system implementation contracts, including negotiations of outsourcing and service agreements, and, what is vital for the agreements, author’s economic rights (licence agreements) and the new technology law.
Due to a large number of IT contracts she prepared and negotiated, in particular, implementation, service and outsourcing contracts, she is fully competent in the areas and she creates comprehensive solutions incorporating the intellectual property law and the new technology law. In this way, she advises business entities on processes related to drafting trade contracts and agreements, as well as on ongoing business. Her areas of interest also include personal data protection (GDPR), gambling law and cooperative law including housing cooperative law.
