Sylwester Kubat – a graduate of the Law and Administration Department at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2012 he defended his Master’s Thesis in criminal law titled: “Help and incitement to suicide” under the guidance of prof. Andrzej Marek and dr.hab. Jerzy Lachowski. Since 2013 Mr Kubat has been enrolled on the list of barrister trainees of the Pomeranian Bar Association. He started to gain professional experience as a student by working as an intern to the District Court in Chojnice. Mr Kubat currently cooperates with law firms rendering legal advice in criminal matters which he specialises in along with the law regarding the enforcement of criminal sanctions. Besides taking part in trials, he also provides ad-hoc advice to the arrested. His hobbies are football, snowboarding, rock music, films and traveling.
